News: Morgan Sindall's Apprentice of the Year 2025 - Sam Martin

CoTrain are delighted to announce that our apprentice, Sam Martin has been awarded Apprentice of the Year 2025 by Morgan Sindall (London & North Home Counties Area)!

Morgan Sindall have glowing comments of Sam's time with them ‘’Since joining Morgan Sindall, Sam has seamlessly integrated into the team and consistently demonstrated a proactive approach to engaging with all aspects of the construction process. He has exhibited a strong willingness to learn from the experiences of others, actively seeking opportunities to further develop his skills in pursuit of becoming a qualified Quantity Surveyor.’’

Sam’s journey started at CoTrain after impressing on a work experience program in October 2023. Since then, he has demonstrated an outstanding work ethic, dedication, and a passion for learning. While working hard on site, he has also been studying at the University of Westminster, where he is on track to achieve his Level 4 Quantity Surveying qualification this summer. Morgan Sindall is already in discussions with him about progressing onto their Graduate Program, where he will continue to develop his skills and qualifications.

This opportunity has given me a fantastic start to my career, and I am excited to continue growing and progressing toward becoming a qualified Quantity Surveyor."
