CoTrain has launched "The Pledge" campaign encouraging construction companies to create more apprenticeships and help tackle the skills shortage in the sector.

THE PLEDGE

Let's create more apprenticeships in construction! We’re excited to collaborate with partners to bring new apprenticeship placements to our region. By joining the CoTrain Pledge, you'll gain a skilled workforce for your projects, receive recognition as a company tackling sector issues, and become part of a group committed to positive change.

WHO IS INVITED TO JOIN?

If you are a company working in construction (designer or architecture practice, consultant, constructor, etc.), we will help you find apprentices to meet your specific needs. 

We will take care of all the apprenticeship journey from recruitment, education and managing the apprentices so that you only focus on the skills you need them to learn.

WHY COTRAIN?

Do you need workforce for your projects but are not sure if you have the resources to manage an apprentice? We are here to take this load off your shoulders by managing apprentices so you focus on the delivery of your projects.

Since 2013, CoTrain (a Programme powered by SECBE, part of the Constructing Excellence network) have supported over 250 apprentices and sites, saved companies’ resources in managing apprentices, and helped them meet their social value objectives.
