SECBE's CoTrain is proud to support National Apprenticeship Week 2024 to talk about our apprentices, their experience and their future, and celebrate the many benefits that apprenticeships bring to employers, individuals and the wider economy.
We are thrilled to support National Apprenticeship Week 2024 to unveil the remarkable tales of our apprentices and outstanding hosts.
During the week, we will share insights about the benefits of the Share Apprenticeship Scheme for construction companies and individuals. We aim to inspire more companies to welcome apprentices, facilitating smoother and timelier project delivery and underlining the crucial role of apprenticeships in delivering social value.
Also, this year we decided to turn words into action to help the sector tackle the skills shortage through apprenticeships. We are launching a Challenge to encourage more companies to #CreateApprenticeships and shape the future of construction.
The National Apprenticeship Week 2024 theme of ‘Skills for Life’ continues from 2023 and encourages everyone to consider how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career and employers to develop a workforce with future-ready skills.
CoTrain joins the annual week-long celebration, which takes place between 5 and 11 February 2024 across England and brings together businesses and apprentices across the country to shine a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships make on individuals, businesses and the wider economy.
